Do you have an event you are seeking funding for?

The City of Bunbury will open its annual event funding round on May 1.

Monique Warnock from Big Fish Media & Events is a member of the City of Bunbury’s Event Coordination Group and said event organisers who want to hold an event which enhances the local community and economy are encouraged to take advantage of the Grant Funding Program.

Every proposal must complete a grant application, which will be reviewed and assessed against a number of criteria around social, economic, strategic and community benefit.

Applications open at the beginning of May and close at the end of June with funding announced in August.

Those planning to apply are encouraged to attend a Grant Funding Program Workshop on Thursday 7 May at the City of Bunbury Function Room at either 12pm-2pm or 4pm-6pm.
